Our Policy
We offer exchange only on our products, this includes, candles, sage, incense and bracelets. You have 48 hours to let us know you require an exchange by sending us an email. We aim to get this resolved for you by the next business day. We can only offer an exchange for the same value as the original product. For services, if you're unhappy with your tarot reading you will be fully refunded, we will need to be made aware 24 hours after your reading. Please contact AishRose by emailing AishRoseOracle@outlook.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear on your account. We can only refund to the card used to make the purchase. Thank you.
