Processing Times

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take longer – if so, we’ll let you know before dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United Kingdom (international shipping available upon request – please contact us).
Standard UK delivery: Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked (estimated 2–5 working days).
Express UK delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked (estimated 1–2 working days).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen method.

Tracking Your Order

If you select a tracked service, you will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.
The House of AishRose is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days (UK), please contact us at aishroseoracle@outlook.com with your order details.
We will assist in tracking your parcel or arranging a replacement/refund if necessary.

International Orders

For international orders, please email us before purchase to discuss shipping options, costs, and delivery times.
